Camillo Anthony Mattoscio, KHS 1940

Camillo A. Mattoscio, 54, of Vine Street, Toughkenamon, died May 6 at Chester County Hospital, West Chester, after a short illness.

Born in Toughkenamon, son of Antonio Mattoscio of Conshohocken and the late Rosa DeFalcis Mattoscio, he was the husband of Anne Gasperin Mattoscio.  He was a cannery foreman for the Losito Mushroom Corp. and a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and a veteran of World War II.

In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by a son, Nicholas Mattoscio; two daughters, Patricia Mattoscio and Mary Ann Mattoscio, at home; two brothers, Gus Mattoscio and Thomas Mattoscio, both of Toughkenamon; three sisters, Josephine, wife of Samuel Guiliano and Susie, wife of Vincent DaBundo, both of Toughkenamon, and Mrs. Elvira Mele, Wilmington.

Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at St. Patrick's Church, Kennett Square on Monday with interment at the church cemetery.
